Welcome to my blog!

Every night before going to sleep I wonder how many more things I can squeeze into my already crammed planner and wish there were more hours in the day. Just when I think my life can't get any busier, I realize that it can and it has! Amidst all the hustle and bustle, I still have to find time for the things that I LOVE (and help keep my sanity).... working out and eating delicious food!

I have searched multiple health food blogs and have been very disappointed by the results....I've seen everything from recipes based solely around protein powder, and others that are very "dessert oriented" (like baked goods, every variation of pancake, snacks, etc). Many consist mainly of carbs and don't have enough protein to fulfill my outrageous meat loving appetite! So here is my version of "the perfect meal" <3 I aim for balanced meals (protein, carbs and healthy fats) and if the meal is missing healthy fats, I add a handful of nuts, or slice of avocado or some omega 3 supplements.

This blog takes all the work out of hunting down good recipes because you can literally just copy/paste and print!  I have tried every one of these recipes and give them a 5 star rating. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do :)
