My motivation for starting this blog --> I have a family reunion at a beautiful beach resort in a month and I'm trying my best to obtain the abs of my dreams before then! So I have decided to document my short journey so that I can replicate the results (or see what needs tweeking if I fail make them pop!)...

This is for all of you out there that believe you have to eat disgusting foods in order to achieve your fitness goals, here's evidence that you don't! I'm going to post all my favorite recipes that are both healthy and tasty. Quality > quantity!
I've had a idea to help make your abs pop! I recently tried some water retention tablets as my millionth attempt at making my abs feel less puffy. I tried everything to get rid of that horrible, heavy bloated feeling: cutting out lactose, cutting out carbs, drinking more, drinking less, no wheat etc etc. I finally tried these pills and damn! My waist shrank so much in just a day or two! Totally flat and no more puffiness! Maybe they would work for you :) Maybe water retention is your problem. I don't know if it would be a good idea to use them all the time, it might mess up your system, but I'm no expert. Anyway, it completely did the trick after only using them for 2 days and my abs stayed like that for the rest of the month!
