Motivation

Motivation is a HUGE  factor in being successful and accomplishing your goals, and this applies to most things in life. Too many people are looking for the magic pill or the miracle diet, but those things are only going to work for a short time, if at all. Anything worth having takes work....I like to think of bodybuilding as work in progress. If your heart's not in it, then you're wasting your time!

Darwin figured it out a long time ago....when you stop progressing, natural selection is going to bite you in the butt :) 
One of the main ways that I stay motivated is by finding other successful and beautiful women to inspire me~ Another is keeping a list of current goals and as soon as I accomplish one, I find another. If I can't accomplish one, for example I've been trying to make my calves bigger for years, I keep attacking it with new plans until I achieve it.
